For my 18th birthday and my Grandad’s 80th, we went as a family (all 10 of us!) to The Gardener’s Arms in Alderton near Tewkesbury. Two of us ate gluten free and we had a really good experience. Remember, before going, I’d recommend calling in advance and letting them know you are a coeliac. As well as reminding again on arrival, when ordering your food and when your food arrives.
For the starter, I shared this delicious ciabatta and salad. The bread was AMAZING and I was really impressed. For the main, I had a burger – this was one of my first gluten free burgers and I was really impressed.
They had so many options and I was really impressed. Everyone loved their meals – both the gluten and non-gluten eaters!
Have you eaten there before? I would love to hear your experiences!
